📋 Description

• Take full ownership of products contributed to, including shaping what gets built and why • Contribute to product direction and define problems, designs, and delivery decisions • Own solutions end to end from concept through delivery, quality, and ongoing operation within a regulated environment • Follow and improve an AI-assisted software development lifecycle to analyse, design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain features end to end • Operate within engineering standards and automated quality gates to ensure correctness, security, and auditability • Contribute ideas to improve the development process • Mentor colleagues to raise team standards and work quality

🎯 Requirements

• A degree relevant to Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering (or equivalent), and at least 10 years of relevant work experience • Proven ability to architect and design a full-stack solution end to end • Excellent technical knowledge in developing solutions using relational databases (PostgreSQL), including schema design and migrations • Excellent technical knowledge in developing solutions using microservices and messaging architectures and protocols (e.g. gRPC, pub/sub, event streaming, WebSockets) • Excellent technical knowledge in developing solutions with containerised technologies (Docker), and a sound understanding of CI/CD and secure DevOps practices • Practical, hands-on experience incorporating AI-assisted development tooling (such as AI coding assistants and agents) • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
