📋 Description

• Take full ownership of contributed products from concept through delivery, quality, and ongoing operation within a regulated environment • Help shape product direction, define problems, and make design and delivery decisions • Follow and improve an AI-assisted software development lifecycle to analyse, design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain features end to end • Apply established software development principles and patterns • Operate within engineering standards and automated quality gates for correctness, security, and auditability • Contribute ideas to improve the development process • Mentor colleagues and raise the team’s standard and quality of work

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent • At least 10 years of relevant work experience • Ability to architect and design full-stack solutions end to end • Excellent technical knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design and migrations • Excellent technical knowledge of microservices and messaging architectures and protocols, such as gRPC, pub/sub, event streaming, and WebSockets • Excellent technical knowledge of Docker and understanding of CI/CD and secure DevOps practices • Hands-on experience incorporating AI-assisted development tooling, such as AI coding assistants and agents • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Excellent spoken and written English • Nice to have: financial services experience, especially capital markets, custody, or trading software • Nice to have: blockchain, distributed-ledger technology, and tokenisation of real-world assets • Nice to have: regulated-environment experience • Nice to have: cloud platform knowledge and hands-on experience • Nice to have: JVM, Kotlin, Rust, and event-driven systems at scale • Nice to have: based in or near Metro Manila, with flexibility to spend part of the week in the office if a hybrid arrangement suits them
