📋 Description

• Review project designs and analyze information to develop activity action plans • Organize and format files and prepare presentations in accordance with the company’s delivery standards • Assist in preparing physical and financial schedules and supporting files for planning • Participate in client delivery and strategic meetings and prepare meeting minutes • Source commercial proposals and prepare bid comparison tables • Assist in preparing construction project budgets • Assist in cost studies for construction solutions and new construction materials • Review and update unit rate compositions for services based on client information and project-specific requirements • Review and update unit prices for materials and supplies based on market quotations

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering (from the 3rd semester onward) • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD • Enjoys working in a team • Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn • Proactive and results-oriented • Experience with tools such as Prevision, Sienge, MS Project, Mega, Revit, and others (a plus) • Experience in Cost Management (Budgeting and Planning) (a plus) • Knowledge of Lean Construction (a plus) • Construction site experience (a plus)
