📋 Description
• Study project designs and analyze information to develop the activity action plan • Organize and format files, and prepare presentations according to the company's delivery standards • Assist in preparing physical-financial schedules and supporting planning documents • Attend delivery and strategic meetings with clients to prepare meeting minutes • Prospect commercial proposals and prepare bid comparison tables • Assist in preparing construction budgets • Assist in preparing cost studies for construction solutions and new building materials • Review and update unit service compositions (unit rates/BOM) based on information provided by the client and each project • Review and update unit prices of inputs/materials according to market proposals
🎯 Requirements
• Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering degree (from the 3rd semester onward) • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD • Team player • Good communication skills and eagerness to learn • Proactive and results-oriented • Experience with tools such as Prevision, Sienge, MS Project, Mega, Revit, and others • Experience in Cost Management (Budgeting and Planning) • Knowledge of Lean Construction • On-site construction experience
