📋 Description
• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth • Deliver excellence in bookkeeping, advisory, and compliance services for US business entities, including preparation and review of forms such as 1120 (C-Corp), 1120S (S-Corp), 1065 (Partnership), and related schedules • Provide strategic tax advice to expat business owners on entity classification, deductions, credits, and compliance to optimize their US tax positions • Drive innovation in business tax strategies and solutions, staying ahead in a rapidly changing field, including guidance on foreign entity classifications for US tax purposes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our services and client experience, ensuring seamless integration of business and expat tax needs
🎯 Requirements
• CPA license required • Experience in US business tax services, including bookkeeping and preparation of 1120, 1120S, 1065, and similar returns • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Adaptability and openness to new ideas and approaches
