📋 Description

• Build and maintain AI-powered tools that improve developer workflows such as test generation, documentation, onboarding, and code review. • Develop and refine LLM prompts and workflows using models like GPT-4, Claude, and open-weight models such as LLaMA. • Integrate commercial and open-source AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI APIs) into developer environments including GitHub, VSCode, and CI/CD pipelines. • Design and implement agent-based systems using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or similar. • Build RAG pipelines using vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or Chroma to ground AI outputs in internal documentation and codebases. • Collaborate with DevOps, platform, and engineering teams to embed AI tooling into development pipelines and infrastructure. • Evaluate, test, and improve system performance through telemetry, developer feedback, and automated metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in Principal-level or Staff-level engineering roles. • 3+ years building internal developer tools, DevEx platforms, or productivity systems. • Proven experience building and deploying LLM-enabled tools using prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or agent orchestration. • Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Jenkins. • Experience with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph). • Familiarity with vector database systems and embedding techniques. • Experience deploying systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
