📋 Description
• Create UX deliverables throughout the design process • Deliver high-value features across multiple projects • Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to deliver high-quality solutions • Participate in user testing, workshops, and research efforts • Obtain Leadership approval and team alignment through compelling storytelling
🎯 Requirements
• 3–4 years of experience in a dedicated User Experience Design role • BA/BS degree in Design, Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent practical experience • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and problem-solving skills • Experience designing billing and payment experiences within an eCommerce or online marketplace context • Experience designing B2B/SaaS web-based software • Knowledge of responsive design principles and WCAG accessibility standards
