📋 Description

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into effective design solutions. • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly. • Develop user flows, journey maps, and other design documentation to support product development. • Contribute to and maintain consistency within the existing design system and style guides. • Conduct usability testing sessions and apply user feedback to refine designs. • Ensure design accuracy and feasibility through close collaboration with development teams. • Use design principles, research insights, and data to support and explain design decisions. • Present design concepts and rationale to peers and stakeholders. • Support special projects and initiatives as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, or a related field. • 2–4 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related role. • Strong understanding of information architecture, user flows, and responsive design. • Proficient in Figma and other modern design tools. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and user-centric design. • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Knowledge of human-centered design methodologies. • Experience with usability testing and user research. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments. • Exposure to B2B SaaS products.
