📋 Description
• Manage 2–5 concurrent projects across technical, operational, and service delivery domains. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. • Deliver projects on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. • Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project needs. • Lead IT change management processes, including documentation, approvals, and tracking. • Manage the IT project intake lifecycle, including prioritization and resource alignment. • Prepare reporting dashboards using Jira, Microsoft Teams, and related tools.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field or 8+ years of equivalent professional experience in IT project management • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or minimum 7 years of project management experience in lieu of certification • Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience • Experience managing at least 2–3 concurrent projects at one time. • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments. • Experience working with AI-assisted, automated workflows, or digital process tools in a professional setting. • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Hands-on experience with Jira, or comparable project management tools
