• Establishes the strategic direction for growth of TDAF's Digital Dealer Sales Strategy • Develops a new digital sales coverage model for dealers across all states in which TDAF operates • Responsible for leading TD Auto Finance's Digital Dealer Finance Distribution team • Drives acquisition of retail auto business through digital strategies and focuses on customer retention • Achieves sales, retention and budget goals • Provides people management leadership • Develops new business goals and evaluates results • Ensures strong business relationships are maintained with referral sources
• 4 Year Degree or equivalent experience • 10+ Years of related experience • Strong knowledge of dealer financial services industry practices and of the automotive industry including legal and regulatory guidelines • Strong managerial development skills • Excellent business development skills, including ability to formulate strategies to achieve sales goals • Strong market presence with car dealers and wide network of outside referral sources for new business • Sales management experience preferred, with ability to motivate other salespeople • General knowledge of banking industry products and services required • Excellent judgment, relationship management skills, impact and influence capability, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with leaders at all levels • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
