📋 Description

• Provides risk management expertise to business leaders • Supports the implementation of risk frameworks to mitigate risk exposures • Engages with key business segments of the Bank • Leads cross-functional teams or projects • Collaborates with various stakeholders across Risk Management and Technology • Develops and manages operational risk areas and compliance frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or technical certificate and/or 7+ years relevant experience • Advanced knowledge of risk management governance, programs, policies, practices • Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends • Skill in mentoring and coaching • Advanced skill in using analytical software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
