📋 Description
• Manage a governance and control team overseeing Financial Crimes functions • Develop and implement a risk governance strategy for business function • Drive strong risk frameworks and support issue resolution • Collaborate with senior management and manage compliance activities • Provide direction on enterprise-level projects and initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• Undergraduate degree preferred • 7+ years of relevant experience • Advanced understanding of risk and control functions including RCSA and Regulatory Compliance • Deep knowledge of Fraud, AML, and Insider risks • Professional Certification Preferred (CFE, CAMS, CRCM, etc.) • Leadership experience preferred
