📋 Description
• Provides a comprehensive range of risk management expertise to business leaders • Leads and supports the implementation of appropriate risk frameworks • Advises on execution strategy and leads development of functional programs • Identifies and leads problem resolution for project/program complex requirements • Monitor adherence to the Operational Risk Profile Procedure • Lead the coordination and implementation of process and procedure improvements
🎯 Requirements
• Undergraduate degree or technical certificate and/or 10+ years relevant experience • Advanced knowledge of risk management governance, programs, policies, and practices • Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends • Skill in using advanced analytical software tools and data analysis methods • Advanced ability to lead, plan, implement, and evaluate program/project activities • Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines • Strong communication skills in both oral and written form • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and functions
