📋 Description

• Serves as a strategic business partner within Business Management & Governance team • Supports the U.S. Chief Operating Officer and senior leaders across TD Bank U.S. • Leads preparation and delivery of high-visibility executive content • Synthesizes and translates complex topics into clear, concise insights • Drives alignment across cross-functional stakeholders • Manages competing priorities while maintaining high-quality output under tight timelines • Acts as a strong thought partner to senior leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree • 10+ years relevant experience • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and executive-level presentation development • Strong strategic planning and business management capabilities • Deep understanding of operational risk, regulatory environment, and governance frameworks • Expertise in stakeholder management • Strong data interpretation and storytelling skills • Proficiency in standard tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, CoPilot, and Teams)
