• Leads, develops and oversees a broad, highly specialized team of risk professionals • Provides oversight, advisory support/services in relation to TD's operational Risk programs • Acts as a thought leader for risk-related activities • Facilitates strategic discussions and provides thought leadership to executive audience • Collaborates with others to execute on common goals
🎯 Requirements
• Undergraduate degree or technical certificate and/or 10+ years relevant experience • Advanced knowledge of multiple risk management disciplines, strategies, governance, regulations, controls • Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends • Skill in managing budgets, P&L, and resource allocation • Advanced ability to lead, plan, implement, and evaluate program/project activities • Ability to forecast initiatives and demand in order to develop annual strategic plan
