📋 Description

• Install, modify, maintain, and repair flow cytometer systems, cell sorting equipment, and related laboratory instrumentation. • Configure and support digital products, middleware, and instrumentation integrations. • Diagnose and resolve technical issues onsite or remotely, replacing parts as needed. • Maintain accurate service records in compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements. • Coordinate problem resolution to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction. • Manage company assets, including tools, parts, and inventory. • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the company, ensuring clear communication. • Support cross-departmental collaboration to improve service efficiency. • Perform corrective maintenance, installations, and performance assurance within targeted timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field preferred. • 2–3 years of service and customer-facing experience; 1 year in engineering, medical, or science-related environments preferred. • Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with automation/robotics systems. • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Office, and PC/network troubleshooting. • Ability to work independently, adapt to new technologies, and escalate issues appropriately. • Experience in equipment calibration, data gathering, and service goal monitoring.
