📋 Description

• Developing and executing the AOP , value propositions, and tactical quarterly plans. • Maintaining the main partnerships (Vendor and Customers) to enable the plan. • Identifying, evaluating and helping to close possible acquisitions to accelerate the plan. • Ownership of the execution of European sub-operations plan , achieving quarterly and annual business objectives. • Drive the building of programs and campaigns that can be executed across multiple countries. • Engage with Country Management exec teams in quarterly reviews and planning sessions. • Presenting at public events to audiences of different levels and capabilities and being a visible thought leader of the applicable focus in the IT channel.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in the IT sector , ideally within a Vendor, Distributor or Partner environment , with proven exposure to European markets . • Excellent command of English , both spoken and written. Additional European languages are a plus. • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or a related field required; Master’s or MBA preferred. • 5 to 8 years of experience directly managing or supervising employees . • Strong leadership skills , with a proactive, innovative, and results-oriented mindset. • Ability to communicate clearly and convey information effectively across different levels of management and in multicultural environments. • Strong organizational and time management skills , with the ability to drive tasks to completion and meet deadlines. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision , while maintaining a collaborative approach. • Strong interpersonal and multicultural skills , able to build and maintain effective relationships. • Able to negotiate skillfully , promote ideas persuasively, and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes . • Able to construct and deliver formal presentations. • Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills , ensuring accuracy and efficiency. • Proficiency in relevant computer systems and tools at an advanced level, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies. • Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Upholds social, ethical, and organizational standards in all professional interactions. • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information. • Able to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and perspectives of others.
