📋 Description
• Design clear, engaging, interactive math questions to meet specified educational objectives for kindergarten through calculus, with a focus on 6-12 • Write helpful, age-appropriate, sound explanations of math concepts • Collaborate with visual designers, other curriculum designers, and company leaders to determine appropriate curricular strategies • Research and review IXL's alignment to educational standards, common assessments, and popular textbooks • Develop and manage project plans to create and deliver high-quality math content • Ensure all project milestones are achieved within set deadlines
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a math or related field required - advanced degree preferred • High school or collegiate math teaching experience, including precalculus, calculus, or statistics • Excellent writing ability • Experience in curriculum development preferred • Growth mindset with an openness to feedback and others’ ideas • Highly self-motivated and efficient with superb attention to detail
