📋 Description

• Manage recruiting and onboarding of new temporary and staff team members as needed to ensure all team members are qualified and well-trained to deliver on key projects. • Build the staff team by setting clear performance expectations and providing regular feedback, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to staff members, ensuring their continued growth. • Ensure all content is accessible, consistent, well-designed, and properly licensed to ensure a positive classroom experience and legal compliance. • Assign, review, and approve production projects to ensure accuracy, clarity, brand, style, online accessibility, and print quality. • Work closely with the Editorial Managers to ensure that content is handed off in a way that allows for accurate and efficient layout, and that end products are being delivered as expected. • Collaborate on scheduling, prioritization, and adherence to deadlines, both within the team and cross-divisionally.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of people management experience. • At least 5 years of experience in educational publishing. • At least 5 years production and design experience. • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience. • Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively cross-divisionally across all levels of the organization. • Proven experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, project management applications, and Google products.
