📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and analyze cross-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and search • Create audience-focused copy, images, and short videos for various channels • Manage social media profiles and engage with the community • Increase reach among parents and prospective tutors • Support search engine optimization for the website • Create relevant content for the corporate blog • Conduct market and competitor analyses and identify trends • Develop new marketing ideas based on analyses and trends • Analyze marketing KPIs and prepare reports • Support digital events, information webinars, and online workshops • Digitize and optimize marketing processes • Use Claude for research, content creation, campaign planning, analyses, and process optimization • Develop effective prompts and efficient AI-assisted workflows • Contribute your own perspectives and ideas in meetings • Collaborate as a full-fledged member of a small, ambitious team

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent German language skills and strong written and verbal communication skills • Background in business, marketing, psychology, education management, education, or a comparable field • Availability to start a full-time internship immediately, working 42 hours per week • Standard internship duration of 3 months; up to 6 months may be possible for mandatory internships • Independent, structured, and reliable approach to work • Willingness to take on responsibility • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a team • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks • Interest in education, marketing, processes, and digital business models • A flair for creative ideas and the drive to implement them consistently • At least initial practical experience with Claude or advanced proficiency with ChatGPT • Willingness to learn quickly, experiment, and continue developing
