📋 Description

• Support the tutor recruiting process, including application screening, preselection, interview scheduling, and communication with candidates • Conduct one-on-one and group interviews • Support onboarding and help new tutors transition into their roles in a structured manner • Serve as a point of contact for tutors regarding organizational questions • Contribute to tutor marketing, particularly by creating job postings and reaching out to candidates • Prepare contracts, certificates, and employment references using templates • Support the matching process between tutors and students • Contribute to automation and digitalization projects, including process optimization, tool usage, and reporting • Share your perspective in team meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program throughout the entire internship (mandatory or voluntary internship) • German at C2 level • Demonstrated interest in HR, people operations, and organization • Reliable and detail-oriented • Eager to learn and energetic • High integrity and clear-headed judgment • Application materials: CV, brief statement of motivation, and proof of enrollment
