• Engage and inspire customers by demonstrating how Tealium can transform their data strategy and drive measurable business outcomes • Lead discovery meetings to understand prospects’ marketing, customer engagement, and AI-driven personalization needs within a technical context • Provide technical guidance to internal sales teams and to partners, ensuring both are confident in positioning Tealium’s capabilities, value, and architecture best practices • Create and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and proof of concept exercises (PoCs) for prospects, customers, and partners, both on-site and remotely • Answer RFPs/RFIs articulating the value and technical merits of Tealium’s products and approach to addressing prospect needs • Lead architectural discussions to demonstrate how Tealium’s solutions integrate seamlessly into customers’ architectures, environments, and workflows, enabling AI-driven customer experiences and actionable insights • Enable agency and technology partners to position and demonstrate the Tealium platform, including training sessions, solution workshops, and collaborating in joint customer engagements • Keep up-to-date with the latest marketing technology trends, emerging platforms, and new features of existing tools • Contribute field knowledge and feedback to direct future product requirements/enhancements
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time • Curiosity and a desire to keep learning and growing professionally and personally • Passion for finding and articulating technical solutions to business problems • Ability to lead marketing process and technology discussions with business and technical audiences • Deep understanding of Marketing Technology (Martech), AI-powered personalization, and Digital Marketing workflows and architectures • Presentation skills and experience that demonstrate technical proficiency, business, and communication skills • Ability to understand and uncover customer requirements, identify business problems, and demonstrate proposed solutions • Ability to work closely with internal teams (sales, product management, engineering, customer success) to ensure client satisfaction and the successful delivery of solutions • Understanding of the sales process, cycles, and methodologies — including Value Selling and the Challenger Sale • Understanding of AI/ML-driven marketing strategies, predictive insights, and the role of AI in Customer Data Platforms
