📋 Description

• Troubleshoot issues with regional customers • Enhance production infrastructure performance and scalability • Implement real-time monitoring, alerting, trending, and dashboarding • Analyze tech debt issues and help leadership prioritize resources • Participate in on-call rotations for incident resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer • Strong focus on AWS cloud technologies • Proficiency with sophisticated AWS services and systems at scale • Experience with scripting, CI/CD and infrastructure as code tools (Python, Jenkins, Git, Terraform) • Familiarity with observability, logging, monitoring, and alerting tools (DataDog, SumoLogic, etc.) • Strong time management and organizational skills • Ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions clearly • Experience collaborating with international teams
