📋 Description

• Develop and design customised ServiceNow architectures for complex business requirements • Lead customer workshops to capture requirements and design strategic IT solutions • Provide technical leadership in the implementation of ServiceNow solutions in large projects, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM and other modules • Advise and support customers in optimising their ServiceNow instance and defining best practices • Monitor and ensure the scalability, performance and stability of the ServiceNow platform • Create technical documentation and solution architectures • Coach and mentor implementation teams and junior architects • Integrate third-party systems into the ServiceNow platform using REST/SOAP APIs

🎯 Requirements

• Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) • Proven experience in implementing ServiceNow projects • In-depth knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITBM and other ServiceNow modules • Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes (ITIL certification an advantage) • Several years of professional experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect in ServiceNow projects • Expertise in developing scripts (JavaScript, GlideScript) and customizing business rules and workflows • Experience in the architecture and integration of cloud solutions and third-party systems • Strong skills in requirements analysis, problem solving and strategic planning • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English • Ability to work independently and take responsibility as an external service provider or freelancer.
