• Conduct a thorough analysis of manufacturing processes and quality management requirements • Collaborate with key users to define needs and design optimal solutions • Provide and configure the SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP QM (Quality Management) modules to support manufacturing processes and ensure quality control • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and drive digitalization, including production planning, inventory management, capacity planning, and quality control • Configure the SAP system according to customer-specific requirements, such as production resources, work centers, quality control plans, and production workflows • Execute system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and produce documentation, including process maps, technical documentation, and user manuals • Deliver training and provide support for SAP PP and QM key users and end users • Ensure post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements in production efficiency and quality.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong knowledge of SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP QM (Quality Management) modules • Understanding of production planning, capacity planning, inventory management, order management, and quality control processes • Experience with ERP implementations and the ability to lead projects from analysis through go-live • Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams to management • Ability to analyze processes and data, identify issues, and propose effective solutions • Familiarity with integration points between SAP PP/QM and other SAP modules, such as SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), and SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) • Experience with modern SAP versions, particularly SAP S/4HANA • Certification in SAP PP or QM is a plus • German language skills • Flexibility and resilience: ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing requirements • Team player: strong collaboration with others in a team of consultants on complex projects.
