• Support the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to compliance, performance management, and everything in between. • Be the go-to person for HR support, keeping processes organized and the team informed. • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures. • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR databases and systems. • Coordinate performance review processes and support employee development initiatives.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in an HR or similar people operations role, with working knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment techniques—including strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. • Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish—written and spoken. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS systems. • Must be based in Ecuador.
