📋 Description

• Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and text • Assist customers with scheduling, enrollments, payment processing, and general inquiries • Deliver a positive customer experience • Maintain accurate customer records and prepare evaluation reports • Coordinate with instructors and support daily administrative operations

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English and Farsi (spoken and written) • Strong customer service, communication, and call handling skills • Excellent written communication skills for email and text support • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and comfortable learning new systems • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment • Knowledge of driving school operations, scheduling processes, or DMV-related procedures
