📋 Description

• Lead compliance assurance, investigations, risk management and audit activities across TGE Freight's national Delivery Partner network • Lead a small team • Partner with Operations, Safety, Legal, ER/IR and Delivery Partners • Strengthen compliance and manage risk • Drive continuous improvement • Support fair, transparent outcomes across the TGE Freight business • Work across multiple business functions and help shape the future of the TGE Freight Delivery Partner network

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Transport compliance, risk, audit, investigations or governance • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills • Ability to navigate complex operational, safety and industrial relations environments • A passion for continuous improvement, fairness and operational excellence • Leadership capability with a collaborative and commercially minded approach • Successful completion of pre-employment checks, including a criminal history check and a medical assessment including fitness to work and drug & alcohol screening
