• Teamified works with top enterprises and digital native businesses in Australia helping them build their remote teams in India, Philippines and Sri Lanka. • We are seeking an experienced and proactive Lead QA Engineer to spearhead our Quality Assurance initiatives. • Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies aligned with project goals and timelines. • Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Ensure thorough coverage of functional, regression, performance, and security testing. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and ensure quality standards are met. • Establish and monitor quality metrics to assess the effectiveness of QA processes. • Stay abreast of emerging trends, tools, and best practices in software testing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Proficiency in QA methodologies, tools, and processes. • Experience with both manual and automated testing. • Familiarity with test automation tools such as Selenium, JMeter, or equivalent. • Knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript is a plus. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI. • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
