• Teamified works with top enterprises and digital native businesses in Australia helping them build their remote teams in India, Philippines and Sri Lanka. • We pride ourselves with hiring great teams to work on exciting game changing technology. • Teamified currently has 200+ engineers, testers, product managers etc. working across 20+ partners. • We focus on uplifting the way organisations build and manage their remote teams through great working relationships, trust, integrity, culture and hiring processes. • Our client is redefining stablecoin banking - think Revolut, but on Web3. • They are one of the fastest-growing startups in the space. • Our mobile app is bringing stablecoin banking into everyday life. • As a Senior Platforms & Security Engineer, you’ll oversee the configuration, security, and operational integrity of our platforms. • You’ll play a pivotal role in defining security and operational processes, responding to incidents, and technically mentoring our Support team. • This position is central to deploying, maintaining, and optimizing our cloud infrastructure and DevOps toolchains.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, systems engineering, service integration and automation tools. • Extensive experience in securing cloud environments and applications, corporate services, incident response, and a proactive approach to vulnerability management. • Experience working in process driven environments with ability to identify and uplift gaps in ways of working. • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot platform issues independently. • Ability to define, document, and implement security and operational processes that enhance platform reliability and security. • Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams, contribute to technical documentation and play an advisory role in the platforms & security spaces. • A mindset focused on scalability, efficiency, and creating seamless, self-service-ready environments. • A willingness to mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
