📋 Description

• Work closely with the CTO, Head of Product, and Head of Development • Support the agile management of product and development processes • Take functional ownership of marketing technologies such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant tools • Further develop the portals and continuously identify optimization opportunities • Manage the Data and Big Data areas • Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks • Analyze and structure feature, bug, and optimization requests as JIRA tickets • Guide individual features from requirements gathering and prioritization through to successful implementation • Contribute to diverse IT and product projects as the interface between business teams, Product, and Development • Develop your own ideas and contribute specific improvement proposals

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed a degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a similar field, or acquired the necessary knowledge and qualifications through other means • Several years of professional experience in a comparable role • Experience in agile project management (Scrum or Kanban) • Experience with database technologies and marketing technologies • Knowledge of modern data warehouse (DWH) and database technologies, such as ClickHouse and Airflow • Experience using and integrating modern automated marketing tools • Initial experience with Google Analytics or a similar tool • Empathy and the ability to put yourself in other people’s shoes and turn written requests into JIRA tickets for developers • Ability to critically evaluate requirements and ensure the best possible briefings for developers • User-centered approach and enthusiasm for B2C products • German proficiency at least at C1 level • English proficiency at B2 level • Ideally, initial experience in e-commerce or with content management systems
