📋 Description

• You work closely with our CTO, Head of Product and Head of Development and support the agile management of our product and development processes. • You take technical responsibility for marketing technologies such as Google Ads, Bing Ads and other relevant tools. • You drive the further development of our portals and continuously identify optimization potential for our platforms. • As Product Owner you oversee the Data and Big Data areas and translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks. • You analyze requests for features, bugs and optimizations, structure them into JIRA tickets and ensure that our development team can start implementation immediately. • You accompany individual features from requirement through prioritization to successful implementation. • You actively contribute to diverse IT and product projects and act as an interface between the business unit, product and development. • You develop your own ideas, question existing processes and contribute concrete improvement proposals.

🎯 Requirements

• You have successfully completed your degree in Mathematics, (Business) Computer Science or a similar field, or acquired the required knowledge and qualifications by other means. • You have already gained several years of practical experience in a comparable role. • You have experience in agile project management (Scrum or Kanban), database technologies and marketing technologies. • You bring knowledge of modern DWH & database technologies, e.g. ClickHouse & Airflow. • You have experience using and integrating modern automated marketing tools. • You can demonstrate initial knowledge of Google Analytics or a similar tool. • You are very empathetic, can put yourself in other people's shoes and create JIRA tickets for our developers from written requests. • You critically question requirements to ensure the best possible briefing for our developers. • You put users at the center and are passionate about B2C products. • Your German language skills are at least at C1 level and you have English skills at B2 level. • Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in e-commerce or with content management systems.
