📋 Description

• Draft, review, and revise a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and partnership agreements. • Advise clients on general corporate law issues, including governance, entity structuring, and regulatory compliance. • Provide legal guidance on employment law matters such as employment agreements, workplace policies, and termination procedures. • Support clients in understanding the legal and commercial implications of contract terms, with consideration for applicable tax and regulatory issues. • Conduct legal research related to corporate, commercial, employment, and tax issues across multiple jurisdictions. • Collaborate with client teams to ensure legal accuracy and alignment with business objectives. • Monitor legal developments in commercial, corporate, and employment law, and communicate relevant updates to clients. • Work with external counsel or specialists when necessary to provide jurisdiction-specific advice.

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Law is required; specialization in Corporate or Commercial Law is advantageous. • 4–5 years of experience practicing commercial or corporate law, with exposure to employment law. • Proven ability to draft and negotiate a variety of commercial and corporate agreements. • Familiarity with reviewing and advising on legal aspects of employment-related documents. • Comfort working with international clients and cross-border legal matters. • Strong attention to detail, research capabilities, and business-oriented legal judgment. • Prior advisory work for UAE-based or GCC clients is highly preferred. • Familiarity with tax law considerations as they intersect with corporate and commercial legal issues is advantageous.
