📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • The Operations Associate will play a crucial role in managing customer data, providing customer support, and performing various administrative tasks. • The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with spreadsheets, have experience in customer service, and be able to thrive in a dynamic work environment. • Key Responsibilities: Data Management, Customer Support, Administrative Tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (preferred) • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an operations or customer support role • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Ability to work during US time zone hours
