⢠Advise client companies on hiring, terminations, disciplinary processes, workplace policies, and internal HR procedures ⢠Draft, review, and revise employment contracts, policies, and compliance documentation ⢠Support clients in resolving workplace disputes, including mediations, internal investigations, and formal legal proceedings where applicable ⢠Provide business-focused legal advice across diverse employment law jurisdictions based on client location and applicable law ⢠Research and stay updated on developments in employment law in common law jurisdictions ⢠Collaborate with HR professionals, legal departments, and business leaders in client organizations ⢠Work independently and communicate clearly in a remote legal services environment
⢠Undergraduate degree in Law ⢠Admission to practice in at least one common law jurisdiction (e.g., UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, US, South Africa) ⢠Minimum of 5 years of experience in employment/labor law practice ⢠Expertise in employment contract drafting, compliance, and employment dispute management ⢠Familiarity with global or cross-border employment law is highly desirable ⢠Strong communication, research, and legal drafting skills ⢠Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities in a remote working environment ⢠Experience with legal tech tools or document management systems is a plus
