⢠Maintain up-to-date candidate records in our internal systems and applicant tracking tools. ⢠Update candidate status across the recruitment pipeline in real-time. ⢠Conduct pre-interview screening checks including LinkedIn verifications, resume consistency reviews, and basic background validations. ⢠Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating availability between candidates and hiring managers. ⢠Provide administrative support to the HR and recruitment team as needed (e.g., documentation, follow-ups, email correspondence). ⢠Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all data handling and candidate records. ⢠Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving internal HR processes.
⢠Current undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. ⢠Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ⢠Excellent written and verbal communication. ⢠Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.). ⢠Interest in HR, recruitment, and operations. ⢠Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality. ⢠Self-starter with a willingness to learn and contribute in a remote work environment.
