• Manage and monitor email inboxes for incoming client and law firm correspondence. • Update the practice management system (Patricia) with important dates and deadlines. • Process correspondence from international IP law firms. • Handle incoming notifications from various IP offices. • Input costs and liaise with attorneys for matter updates and client billing. • Prepare and maintain client schedules: Generate trademark schedules across multiple jurisdictions. • Format schedules and data pulled from the Patricia system. • Perform general legal administrative tasks: Format legal correspondence and letters for clients. • Prepare client costing breakdowns. • Assist with various administrative and support duties as needed.
• Law degree from an accredited institution; current or recent admission to practice is a plus. • 1–3 years of legal experience, preferably within an IP or trademark-focused environment. • Familiarity with IP practice systems (Patricia or similar) is highly desirable. • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. • Excellent written communication and document formatting skills. • Comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions and time zones. • Able to work independently in a fully remote setup while collaborating effectively with teams.
