• This is a remote position. • We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with strong exposure to mortgage and property finance transactions within the Australian legal system. • The ideal candidate will have at least 3–5 years of relevant experience in a legal support or conveyancing environment, assisting with mortgage documentation, settlements, and liaising with lenders, borrowers, and relevant third parties. • Familiarity with PEXA, land registry systems, and financial institution requirements is essential. • Prior experience in a remote, high-volume, or outsourced legal environment will be viewed favorably. • Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and processing mortgage documentation, supporting legal teams, liaising with stakeholders, performing property title checks, and ensuring compliance.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a mortgage or property finance legal support role, ideally in an Australian jurisdiction. • Strong understanding of Australian property finance processes and mortgage documentation. • Familiarity with PEXA and state-specific land registry systems. • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple transactions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience working in a remote legal environment or high-volume processing team is a plus.
