📋 Description

• Analyze workflows across sales, project delivery, support, and administration. • Automate internal processes using Copilot, Copilot Studio, Teamsware Studio, Power Automate, and suitable AI services. • Design and develop AI use cases for construction companies, real estate developers, and architectural and engineering firms. • Develop intelligent document assistants for contracts and change orders. • Automate the analysis of construction site diaries and project reports. • Train colleagues and customers. • Establish prompt engineering and AI usage standards. • Ensure data privacy, data quality, and responsible AI use. • Monitor the market and evaluate new models and tools. • Implement relevant innovations as prototypes on the platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Genuine enthusiasm for AI: daily use of AI tools, active engagement with developments in the field, and experience building your own automations or prototypes. • Interest in the construction industry; prior experience in construction or real estate is a definite plus. • Confident use of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and the Power Platform. • Experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or comparable services is an advantage. • Analytical thinking to assess suitable automation opportunities. • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technology clearly. • Excellent written and spoken German and English.
