📋 Description

• Develop creative and conceptual approaches for digital content and campaigns • Independently translate ideas into concrete designs and digital assets • Guide projects from the initial idea through to creative execution • Take responsibility for the use of AI in creative production • Further develop AI-supported workflows • Continuously enhance digital creative assets • Ensure a high standard of creative quality and variety, from performance design to organic social content • Collaborate with the Content and Creation team to further develop digital communications

🎯 Requirements

• Strong creative and conceptual thinking for digital formats • Practical experience in creative production • A good sense of meaningful applications for AI • Independent, solution-oriented, and pragmatic approach to work • Very good German language skills at a minimum C1 level • Experience with design software • Ideally, a background in art direction, design, or a comparable creative field • Strong awareness of emerging technologies and their creative applications
