📋 Description

• Handle international logistics and end-to-end supply chain • Communicate with truckers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and negotiate the best charges on the desired service level • Track global shipments for timely delivery • Ensure compliance with U.S. import/export laws and documentation • Maintain accurate shipping and logistics records • Coordinate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams as required • Identify ways to improve shipping efficiency and reduce costs • Resolve delivery delays or logistics issues in real time

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, freight coordination, or international shipping • Proven experience managing international shipments and coordinating with global logistics partners • Experience working with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and transportation providers • Familiarity with U.S. import/export processes and documentation requirements • Strong knowledge of international shipping processes, Incoterms, and transportation modes (air, ocean, and ground) • Understanding of U.S. customs regulations, trade compliance, and documentation procedures • Experience with logistics platforms, ERP systems, or shipment tracking tools • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) • Ability to analyze shipping data and identify cost-saving opportunities • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities • High attention to detail with strong documentation accuracy • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
