• Lead and develop a team of Product Success Managers • Own the Performance workstream for NA Pro • Partner with peers across Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Engineering • Articulate root causes of implementation challenges • Establish communication strategies that enable collaboration

• Extensive experience working in high-performance sports environments • Proven track record leading and developing teams in customer-facing roles • Strong technical foundation with understanding of complex data integrations • Experience across multiple performance technology platforms • Excellent communication skills • Track record of developing team capabilities through structured coaching
