📋 Description

• Help lead the design and development of scalable, efficient, and user-friendly BI solutions • Develop and optimize data models, data flows, and processes • Integrate and develop AI-driven modeling into BI architectures • Ensure the performance and scalability of BI tools • Engage with business leaders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications • Design, implement, and optimize complex reports and dashboards • Work closely with data engineers to integrate data sources • Proactively identify and resolve issues related to BI platforms • Lead efforts to improve BI tools, processes, and standards • Create and maintain thorough documentation for BI solutions • Provide technical mentorship to junior team members • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data engineering, or analytics • Expertise in BI/reporting software (Power BI, Tableau) • Strong SQL knowledge (T-SQL, PL/SQL) • In-depth understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts • Proficient in data analysis, statistical techniques, and study design • Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate effectively • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to optimize BI solutions • Experience working in industries with large-scale data infrastructure (Healthcare, Finance, Tech, etc.) is a plus • Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI certifications are highly preferred
