📋 Description

• Handle ACM support tickets using ITSM tools (Jira or similar), prioritizing requests according to operational and tax impact • Diagnose and resolve incidents related to the invoice exchange process, including movement discrepancies, revenue recognition, and tax impacts • Support the Goods Receipt Monitor (MEB), analyzing and resolving blocks related to receipt, unloading, and weighing processes • Support financial processes related to producer payments, including reversals, financial adjustments, and operational validations • Resolve incidents related to returns, logistics postings, and the generation of fiscal documents • Support activities related to tax closing and tax corrections associated with agricultural operations • Support simulations and the creation of agricultural contracts, validating business rules and operational consistency • Investigate and correct discrepancies between contracts, movements, and inventory positions • Support access and functional role management in collaboration with technical teams • Produce functional documentation, record solutions, and contribute to building the knowledge base • Guide key users and support continuous process improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with SAP ACM (Agricultural Contract Management) • Knowledge of the full agricultural contract lifecycle: Origination, Receipt, Invoice Exchange, and Payments • Experience in SAP functional support / AMS (incidents, SLAs, user support, and troubleshooting) • Knowledge of integration between SAP ACM, FI, and MM • Experience with SAP S/4HANA (GUI and Fiori) • Knowledge of tax processes related to agricultural operations, particularly ICMS impacts • Intermediate English proficiency (technical reading) • Completed degree in Agricultural Sciences, Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field • Experience with BRF+ (tax rules engine) • Experience with foreign-currency transactions (USD / PTAX) • Knowledge of agricultural operations involving royalty rules • Experience with SAP SD integrated with ACM • Experience with custom tools and objects related to agricultural processes • Experience with Jira Service Management or equivalent platforms • Knowledge of tax legislation applicable to agribusiness (ICMS, SENAR, rural CFOP) • SAP certification in functional modules (MM, SD, FI)
