⢠Remote support for approximately 300 tax consulting and auditing firms ⢠Structured ticket handling, analysis and direct communication ⢠DATEV support focusing on troubleshooting, installations, updates, performance optimization, print solutions and system integrations ⢠Handling 1st- and 2nd-level support requests via phone, the ServiceNow ticketing system and remote support tools ⢠Administration of the Microsoft 365 environment (including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) ⢠Support on security issues and managed workplace topics ⢠Setup, configuration and troubleshooting of Swyx telephone systems ⢠Documentation of solutions, processes and support cases in Confluence
⢠Several years of experience in IT support, ideally in small and medium-sized businesses or IT service providers ⢠Confident use of ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) and remote support tools such as TeamViewer or NinjaRMM ⢠Administration and troubleshooting of Windows Servers from version 2019 ⢠Confident handling of Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO) and Windows Terminal Servers in a Citrix environment ⢠Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office, especially Windows 10/11, Office 365 and user and rights management in a corporate context ⢠Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, for example in Exchange Online, user administration, MFA or SharePoint ⢠Ideally experience with Intune, PowerShell or managed services ⢠Technical understanding in areas such as networking, VPN, firewall, remote desktop ⢠Knowledge of DATEV, Swyx or Confluence is an advantage ⢠Service-oriented, strong communication skills and reliable ⢠Fluent German language skills
