📋 Description

• Model insurance products and design business processes in BPMN 2.0 • Create requirements and gap analyses and align them with development teams • Develop, discuss, and take ownership of solution designs • Support customer-specific implementations • Implement process-related software adjustments in Java/Camunda BPM • Perform requirements engineering • Plan and execute functional/domain tests • Work on IT consulting and system integration projects, including on-site at customer locations • Take responsibility at the interface between business and IT

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik) or a comparable field, or equivalent qualification through professional experience • Initial experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer, ideally with core insurance systems • Ideally, experience in process modeling, e.g., BPMN 2.0 • Ideally, experience in process automation, e.g., Camunda BPM • Take responsibility at the interface between business and IT • Basic knowledge of JavaScript and SQL • Very good skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to explain technical matters clearly and precisely in German and English
