📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients and tech teams to analyze business problems and propose solutions • Plan and design simple to moderately complex business processes and system modifications • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements • Create test case scenarios and support business application testing • Draft user stories and business requirements documentation • Support QA, UAT, and release phases of projects • Contribute to time estimations and procedural documentation • Aid in understanding technical aspects of mobile/web apps • Mentor other analysts and oversee their work as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business, IT, or a related field • Experience in the insurance industry is required (health insurance or Insurtech preferred) • Certification in health insurance (INS/LOMA/III) is a plus • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, epics, sprints) • Solid business analysis skills: facilitation, process mapping, UAT, requirements gathering • Excellent time management and communication skills • Familiarity with system functionality, data integration, and process documentation • Technical writing experience is a bonus • Fluent in both English and Spanish • Prior experience working for a tech vendor serving insurance clients is highly preferred
