📋 Description

• Research competitive e-commerce markets • Develop creative angles for YouTube ads and mini VSLs • Write hooks, scripts, and full ad concepts • Iterate creative based on performance data • Work with the AI production team to produce scripts quickly and maintain a short feedback loop • Work simultaneously across multiple 8- and 9-figure brands

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years writing direct response video ads for YouTube or Facebook • Strong understanding of Eugene Schwartz’s awareness stages and their application to cold traffic • Experience scripting hooks, mini VSLs, and full ad concepts • Ability to analyze performance data and use it to develop subsequent creative • Proven spend behind written work, with creatives that have run profitably at scale • Comfort using AI tools in the day-to-day workflow • Experience in compliance-sensitive categories such as supplements or weight loss is a bonus • Familiarity with unique mechanism development and RMBC is a bonus
