📋 Description

• Research direct-response opportunities in competitive e-commerce markets • Develop creative angles for YouTube ads and mini VSLs • Write hooks, scripts, and full ad concepts • Iterate creative based on performance data • Work with the AI production team to produce ads quickly • Support multiple 8- and 9-figure brands simultaneously

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years writing direct response video ads for YouTube or Facebook • Understanding of Eugene Schwartz’s awareness stages and applying them to cold traffic • Experience scripting hooks, mini VSLs, and full ad concepts • Ability to use performance data to develop subsequent creative • Proven spend behind work, with creatives run profitably at scale • Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day workflow • Experience in compliance-sensitive categories such as supplements or weight loss is a bonus • Familiarity with unique mechanism development and RMBC is a bonus
