🎯 Requirements

• you have solved computer problems before (either privately or on the side at your job). • you have a basic understanding of Microsoft 365 (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Word). • you can communicate with our German-speaking clients in German (speaking and writing). Fluency is not required, but conversational and business proficiency is necessary. • you know how a Wi-Fi router works and what a network is. • you are curious and enjoy learning new things. • you are excited to join a team that will foster your growth and support you.
