• Monitor economic and aviation market trends (flight delays, cancellations, airline performance) and compare them with internal data. • Monitor and forecast marketing trends; highlight opportunities for new campaigns, partnerships, and initiatives. • Analyze marketing and loyalty data, measure campaign impact, prepare reports, provide data-driven insights (Excel, Qlik, Power BI, etc.), and track results against targets. • Develop metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communication programs. • Identify customer behaviors, decision-making patterns, and factors influencing trust and brand choice in the legal/aviation compensation sector. • Provide recommendations to the marketing and sales team, and support the development of new initiatives aimed at improving customer acquisition and retention. • Collaborate with other team members on automated reporting and new data models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus. • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, or a related role. • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or other data visualization/analytics tools. • Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior analysis, and trend monitoring. • Experience measuring marketing campaign performance and providing actionable insights. • Ability to develop metrics, automated reports, and data models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
