📋 Description

• Origination and activation of institutional liquidity flow across APAC. • Structuring and negotiating liquidity agreements involving spreads, markups, execution frameworks, and credit considerations. • Protecting long-term margin while remaining commercially competitive. • Acting as the commercial bridge between institutional clients and internal liquidity, risk, and executive teams. • Driving scalable and recurring volume-based revenue growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in institutional B2B financial markets, ideally within FX, CFD, or digital asset liquidity distribution. • Strong understanding of financial market structure, trading infrastructure, and liquidity-driven revenue models. • Demonstrated ability to build credibility and long-term trust with institutional decision-makers. • Advanced negotiation capability in structuring commercial terms, pricing, and liquidity agreements. • High level of commercial discipline with structured pipeline management and CRM proficiency. • Self-directed, performance-driven, and accountable for measurable revenue outcomes. • Fluent in English; Mandarin and/or Cantonese highly preferred.
