📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Domo (and other BI tools as needed). • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable, visually compelling dashboards. • Ensure dashboards provide clear, accurate, and actionable insights aligned with business goals. • Recommend and collaborate with data engineers on optimized data models and materialized views to support reporting needs. • Monitor dashboard performance, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements. • Create and maintain documentation for dashboards, data sources, and processes. • Stay current on BI and data visualization best practices, introducing improvements where beneficial.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in BI development or data visualization, preferably with Domo. • Strong understanding of dashboard design principles, user experience, and storytelling with data. • Familiarity with SQL and relational database concepts; ability to recommend data structures for performance optimization. • Experience collaborating with data engineers or analysts on data pipelines and ETL processes. • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) (nice to have). • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.) (nice to have). • Background in analytics engineering or data modeling (nice to have).
